Neurology

A neurologist is a medical doctor who specializes in diagnosing and managing disorders of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. They evaluate symptoms such as headaches, weakness, numbness, seizures, memory changes, and movement abnormalities, using detailed neurologic examinations and advanced diagnostic testing to identify the underlying cause. Neurologists manage both acute and chronic neurologic conditions, coordinate care with neurosurgeons and other specialists when needed, and provide long‑term treatment plans for complex or progressive disorders of the nervous system.
